These valve lockouts meet OSHA requirements to ensure ball valves are locked securely and effectively

Use these ball valve lockouts on 1/4-turn valves to prevent tampering
The polypropylene material of the lockout devices resists chemicals, solvents, cracking and rust
Easy 1-2-3 installation:
1. Place the ball valve lockout securely over valve
2. Slide the locking mechanism firmly into place
3. Secure with padlock (not included)
Model L0653 for valves that measure between 3/8" and 1-1/4" locks valves in both the open and closed positions
Choose from 4 ANSI colors based on the contents of valve:
Red - Fire fighting material
Yellow - Inherently hazardous materials
Blue - Inherently low hazard gases
Green - Inherently low hazard liquids
