Tag colors are determined by the chosen standard OSHA compliant header
Optional perforations can be added to tags to create tear-off tags or optional 3/16"H black consecutive numbering can be added
All Custom Safety Tags are supplied with 12"L attached string ties for easy use and are printed on the back side with "Do Not Remove See Other Side" unless otherwise specified
