When fitting your DBI-Sala harness, it’s important to remember the “Goldilocks Rule”; namely your harness shouldn't fit too tightly or loosely. If your harness is too fitter too tight, this could feel restricting and ultimately uncomfortable leading to less than optimal work performance. If your harness is fitted too loose, you risk serious injury particularly to the pelvic region; if you fall in a loose harness and the fall is arrested, you risk potentially permanent damage to the genital area. Make sure your safety harness is fitted just right. More specifically, your DBI-Sala harness should fit snugly, but still let’s you move freely.
