Lockout tags tag out and keep track of down time
- These large, 3-1/8"w x 6-1/4"h cardstock tags serve a dual purpose: tag out equipment in need of service and inform supervision of the machine's status. Simply fill in the necessary information then attach the top portion of the tag to the lockout device in place and tear away the bottom and return it to the appropriate supervisor. Both parts are prenumbered (factory chooses the starting number).
