• An electrician should be consulted to wire the scoreboard into your company's production line. This can be done via contact closure inputs or it can accept 5VDC - 24VDC momentary pulses to activate the inputs
• Each scoreboard includes detailed templates and instructions
Productivity Scoreboard Specifications:
• Top line receives information from a Windows based software application. Communicates via RS232, RS485, Ethernet or from a serial keypad
• The second line will have 3 inputs. One input for advancing by one, one input for reset to '0' and one for 'On/Off' contact to place the scoreboard in Run/Hold. These inputs can be either a wet contact using 5-24VDC or a dry contact closure from a switch
• The third line internally calculates the difference between lines 1 and 2
Quality Scoreboard Specifications:
• The first two lines advance by one via each wired contact closure
• The third line internally calculates the percent difference
