Non Electric Exit Signs

Totally sealed exit signs are explosion proof

Never change a bulb or install wiring again! These self-powered signs require no electricity or back-up batteries. Borosilicate glass tubes are internally coated with sulfide phosphor and filled with tritium gas. Signs are totally sealed, explosion proof and are incapable of causing a spark. Great for explosive, corrosive, humid and other harsh environments. Signs have 6" tall, 3/4" stroke letters to meet OSHA requirements and are supplied with removable arrow inserts. All signs have red backgrounds and are maintenance free. Wire guards to protect signs in harsh environments such as schools, athletic facilities, correctional institutions, etc. are also available. Mounting brackets and screws are included. These signs glow during a complete power failure.
