These user-friendly inventory tracking systems combine state-of-the-art bar code data collection on your portable data terminal, with a sophisticated Window®-based inventory management program for your PC.
Intellitrack DMS was created using Microsoft® Access.
Each module contains the source code and, since Microsoft Access is one of the most popular development tools, you can easily customize your IntelliTrack module to meet your specific requirements.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
• IBM-compatible PC with a Pentium II 300 mHz, or higher-processor (Pentium III 500 mHz or higher is recommended for optimum performance)
• Microsoft Windows 98SE, Windows 2000 SP2, Windows ME, Windows NT SP 6a or Windows XP
• Hard disc with 250MB of free space
• 64 MB of RAM (128 MB or greater recommended)
• SVGA, or compatible monitor

Fixed Assets:
• Track and monitor the location of your company's fixed assets
• Maintain depreciation data so you not only know where an asset is, but how much it is currently worth

Stockroom:
• Manage consumable inventories
• Issue and receive items to and from individual employees and departments to track item usage and billing information
• Usage and billing reports identify inventory trends

Check In-Out:
• Manage material and equipment check-in and check-out transactions
• Great for tool cribs, document rooms, internal libraries, and audio/video departments

ISRP:
• Ideal for small to mid-sized warehouse operations
• Comprised of 4 fully integrated functions:
Inventory effectively maintains your inventory with physical inventory and cycle counting capabilities.
Shipping validates picked order details to packing box and generates a shipping label
Receiving validates order number, part number, put away location and quantity
Picking reduces errors and improves the accuracy of the picking process

Package Track:
• Ideal for mailroom personnel to automate the receipt and delivery of the company's packages
• Packages that are delivered via FedEx, UPS or any other carrier are easily received into the system using automatic data capture and bar code technology
• Packages are then delivered to the recipient, scanned and a signature is collected on the handheld verify delivery
