Q. How can I change my log-in password?
A.
1. Click on My Account.
2. If you are a registered customer with seton.com and would like to update your Profile,
a) Enter your User ID and Password.
b) Click Login.
c) You may now update your password by erasing previous password and entering your new password.
Note: Please make sure that you also fill in the "Verify" password field with your new password.
d) Click Update Profile. Remember to write down or save your new password in a secure place.

Q. What do I do if I forget my log-in password?
A.
1. Click on "Forgot Your Password?" in the Log-In/Register section.
2. A new screen will appear that will ask for your Log-In ID. This is your username. Please type it in and hit "Continue" for your password hint question. Your password hint question should help you remember what your password is.
3. Follow the instructions on the "forgot login" page and your password will be emailed to you.

Q. Do I have to place an order if I register with Seton online?
A. No, you do not have to place an order once you register with seton.com. Registering makes it easier for the user to get access to on-line catalog and sample requests, as well as access to our extensive free Resource Compliance Centers. There is no requirement to order once you have registered with seton.com, but it does give us the ability to serve you better.
