What
types of payments do you accept? |
| A. |
We accept Visa, Mastercard,
and America Express. For our government buyers, we also accept
the SmartPay Card. Payments are also accepted by check. Companies
with Open Account Satus can request to be billed. Terms are Net
10 days for Open Accounts and an invoice will be mailed to your
billing address.

How
can I see what my custom product looks like before I receive
it? |
| A. |
For several of our
products, you can design your product online. Currently, these
products include Pipe Markers, Signs, and Property I.D Tags.
To access these Design Your Own products, visit our Home Page,
and click on the product you would like to design. For other
custom products you can request a pre-production proof when placing
your order. Simply tell us you would like a proof in the comments
section during check-out.

can I get updated reports on Seton's product offerings? |

Our web site contains
all of our latest product offerings. From the Home Page, you
can click on the "New Products" section for a complete
list. Also, you can register for our monthly e-mail newsletters

everything that is in the catalog offered online? |

We have made an effort
to provide as many products online as possible. Unfortunately,
our online catalog does not include every product we currently
have available. If you are looking for a product that you can
not find online, you can request
a full-line catalog. For even
faster service, you can contact one of our Customer Service Representatives.

Many of our custom
products can be configured online. Please see the specific item
of interest for details. If you are in need of a product we do
not offer in our online catalog, please contact our customer

You can utilize our
Resource Center to research specific compliance information.
This resource will also show you which products match certain
regulations. Our SmartTrak service can also assist you in finding
