Q. What is INFO•LINK?
A. INFO•LINK provides helpful product or compliance information. When you see the INFO•LINK symbol throughout the online catalog or when shopping Seton's print catalog, the number below the symbol refers to a link on Seton.com where you can find additional information on that product.

Q. How do I request to stop receiving Seton's email newsletters?
A. You can send an email to us at housefile@seton.com.

Q. How can I have a print catalog sent to me?
A. Please select Products>Request Catalog/Sample. You will be asked to register.

If you are a registered online customer:
a) Enter your User ID and Password and click Login.
b) If you have entered your login correctly, you will receive confirmation. Click Continue.
c) The catalog/sample request form will display. Select the free catalogs or sample you would like to receive by clicking on the pull-down menus.
d) Click Submit.
PLEASE NOTE: You may select only one item from each pull-down menu.

If you have never registered with seton.com:
a) Click Register as a New Online Customer.
b) Complete the form.
PLEASE NOTE: Mandatory fields are marked by an asterisk (*). User ID is restricted to 31 characters. Alphanumeric characters and the symbol @ and period (.) are allowed. Password is restricted to 16 alphanumeric characters. Verify Password should be the same as Password. Password Hint: Enter a hint to remind you of your password if you forget. For security this should be something easily remembered by you but not common knowledge to others who might access your computer.
c) Click Register
d) You will receive either confirmation that you have registered successfully or guidance for completing the registration as required. Upon successfully completing the registration, click Continue.
e) The catalog/sample request form will display. Select the free catalogs or sample you would like to receive by clicking on the pull-down menus. Click Submit.
PLEASE NOTE: You may select only one item from each pull-down menu.
