Place your order
by 6:00 p.m. your time and thousands of our stock and custom
products ship the same day. Simply look for the following icon
while shopping:

Some custom products require several days production time. Please
see your specific items details for infotmation or contact us
for information.

if I receive my order and it is wrong? Can I return it? Where
would I return it? |

Seton offers four
options in case a customer needs to return a product. If you
are dissatisfied with your order, you can email us, click on
the "Live Help" button above to chat with a customer
service representative, fax us at 800-345-7819, or call 800-571-2596.
Our goal is to make sure that every customer is satisfied every
time. We will do everything to expedite delivery of your exchange
or refund.

should I do if I want my order shipped differently than what
is offered by Seton? |

If you prefer another
carrier, we would be happy to ship on your account. When placing
your order through the "Shopping Cart" feature,
simply add your shipping requests in the "Shipping Comments" box.
Seton will make every effort to accommodate your request.
