Art files will be accepted on 3.5" 1.44mb floppy disks, Zip disk or via electronic mail. E-mail files can be compressed using ZIP or CD Mac Format Stuffit compression programs. For mailing information, please visit our Contact Us page. Click here to email us your art if you are ready to send your artwork electronically. Make sure your order number appears in the subject line.

Please include:
1. Order number, account number, or customer contact person when possible
2. All imported images
3. All fonts (Screen and Printer) or convert text to paths

Acceptable file formats include (Mac and Windows):
• Adobe Illustrator 9.0* (or lower versions)
• Macromedia Freehand 8.0* (or lower versions)
• CorelDraw 8.0* (or lower versions)
*Files in the above formats can be edited if changes are needed (for example, if sent to us in color)The following file formats can also be accepted, but may not work as graphics files.

We may not be able to edit.
• Microsoft Powerpoint Files .ppt
• Microsoft Word Documents .doc
• Word Meta Files .wmf may sometimes be opened in PhotoShop

We can also accept .tif, .bmp or .eps file formats in black and white. As these files cannot be edited, they cannot be sent in color or grayscale. The files should be at least 300dpi. Downloading images from a web site is not acceptable, as the .jpg and .gif files are generally low resolution. If a file cannot be used, camera ready artwork will need to be created and will be subject to our standard charges for artwork creation.
