For a lost User ID, follow the instructions in A below. For a lost password, follow the instructions in B below::

A. Enter your first name, last name, and email address in the fields provided and click continue. You will then be asked to answer the challenge question you chose when you registered online. Once complete, an email containing a link to reset your password will be sent to the email address on your profile.

B. If you remember your username, enter it into the "Forgot your Password?" section and click continue. You will then be asked to answer the challenge question you chose when you registered online. Once complete, an email containing a link to reset your password will be sent to the email address on your profile.
