The Compliance Deadline for the New Beryllium Ruling is May 11th 2018!

Under the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, employers are responsible for providing safe and healthful workplaces for their employees. Beginning May 11, 2018, the permissible exposure limit (PEL) has been reduced to .02 micrograms per cubic meter of air over an 8 hour day.
