Product Details

  • What size do you need? - Where space is limited the use of a 12 x 12 inch sign may be the only option. But where space is not a problem, we would always recommend at least 24 x 24 inches as it provides the necessary visual stimulus to effectively manage traffic. For municipal roadways/highways, at least 30 x 30 inches is required to meet MUTCD requirements.
  • Available in a variety of materials - View our Material Guide below - Aluminum is the most popular choice, while steel is the most durable and plastic is a good low cost alternative for traffic control within facilities where forklift trucks and other vehicles are in constant use.
  • Choosing the right reflectivity - View our Reflectivity Guide below - For all outdoor applications we would always recommend using Engineering grade as a minimum because it provides up to 500 feet of visibility in nighttime conditions. For MUTCD compliance, we would recommend High Intensity Reflectivity coating as it gives 1000 feet of visibility. For public roads Diamond Grade is the standard you should adopt as it provides the best reflectivity and gives 1500 feet of visibility at nighttime.
