To attach cartridge to tripod steel base: (1) Place cartridge on top of the steel cartridge base; (2) Position the three cartridge foot tabs at open end of the steel base hold down clips; (3) Rotate counter clockwise to wedge foot tabs in place; (4) Tap with foot to ensure holes are in line
