- Wall switch lockout stops switches from being accidentally turned on or off
- Two-piece 1/8" acrylic toggle switch lockout is compatible with all standard switches
- Switch lockout plate measures 5-1/4"h x 3-1/2"w while labels come in 4-/12"h x 2-3/4"w size
- To use, just attach wall plate over power switch with supplies screws
- To perform lockout, just slide the cover over the upright lock-out holes
- Secure receptacle lockout with 1 to 2 padlocks (sold separately) so switches are not accessible until locks are removed
- Each switch lockout includes your choice of removable warning decals that stick to the switch cover, and feature an area for employee name and date
